How do I store my macarons? To keep your macarons freshest, store them in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer. For best flavor, bring your macarons to room temperature before enjoying them.
Where are your stores located? Our corporate storefront is located at 229 Furys Ferry Road, Suite 113, Augusta, GA, 30907. Our newest location will be opening soon in Nashville, TN!
How are your macarons packaged/sold? Macarons are sold and packaged in protective plastic cells and shrink wrapped for protection and placed in our signature kraft paper boxes.
Are your macarons gluten-free? Yes. Our macarons are all made from gluten-free ingredients. While our kitchen is not certified gluten-free, we make every effort to maintain a gluten-free environment.
I have certain food allergies. What should I be aware of? Traditional French macarons, like we bake, are made of almonds, sugar, salt and egg whites. The fillings are made, depending on flavor, with sugar, egg yolks, dairy, fruits, tree nuts, peanuts. If you have a specific allergy question, please call or email us.
Do you offer shipping? Yes. Our macarons are shipped frozen, in an insulated pack and designed to arrive in 2-3 days so that are as fresh as possible. We offer shipping on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Some shipments may take longer due to flavor availability. If you have a specific date, please contact us. We will attempt to ship on the next closest shipping date.
